These make it obvious to me I have a therapy appointment, but if a friend or co-worker happens to see my calendar, it’s not obvious I’m seeing a mental health therapist. It’s a relief, that I can have this out in the open and not worry about being discriminated against. 1 person thinks it’s a group meditation thing. It’s very cute and if I need to reschedule an appointment I don’t feel anxiety. I just lift the matte sticker, that doesn’t mark the page, to a new day. They make me happy and alleviate stress in ways I had not anticipated.
