Shot/Injection Planner Stickers
These stickers are great for reminding you without taking up the entire square on your monthly planner spread. Also great for bullet journals!
Each sticker is 1/2" in diameter and each sheet contains 70 stickers.

Gift for my ADHD wife. These make it obvious to her that she needs her weekly hormone shot, but if a friend or co-worker happens to see her calendar, it’s not obvious she is on HRT. (I got her permission to say this.) It’s a relief, that I can have this out in the open and not be embarrassed. It’s very cute and if she needs to move her shot day, which she often does, she isn’t as gripped by anxiety. Even better, she no longer does that ADHD thing where she just forgets to take it for weeks. She loves that she can just lift the matte sticker, that doesn’t mark the page, to a new day. It leaves her feeling that forgetting is a neutral event instead of something to flagellate over. They make me happy and alleviate stress in ways I had not anticipated.
